We want you to love every piece of jewelry you receive. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied or encounter an issue, we’re here to help.
Free Replacement Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our bracelets. If your bracelet breaks within 90 days of purchase, we’ll gladly replace it free of charge. Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns on bracelets unless they arrive defective or damaged. If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided for defective or damaged items upon arrival. If your item qualifies, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If eligible, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be shipped out to you.
